Attorney Moira Laidlaw is an experienced attorney licensed to practice in New York, New Jersey and Connecticut. Her practice focuses on estate planning, estate and trust administration, services for small businesses and marketing law.

After undergraduate studies at the University of California, Berkeley, Ms. Laidlaw attended law school at Rutgers University School of Law, where she held a position as Articles Editor for the Rutgers Law Review.

Before starting her own practice, Ms. Laidlaw worked in business litigation for a large law firm, handling antitrust and advertising legal issues. Much of her work has included detailed financial planning, which extends to her current practice in estate planning, complex financial and business matters, and marketing law.

She has worked as in-house counsel at the Reader's Digest Association, Inc., and American Family Enterprises (a subsidiary of Time, Inc.), where she advised the Creative Marketing and Online divisions on all aspects of advertising and promotion law.
